The countdown begins for the 53rd edition of Vinitaly. As it does every year, Vinitaly, the International Wine and Spirits Exhibition takes place at VeronaFiere between the 7th - 10th April 2019.

Vinitaly is definitely the world's biggest wine fair: every year more than 4,000 exhibitors and 150,000 visitors come to Verona, in the north of Italy, to taste the best wines in Italy. Attending Vinitaly means creating a business opportunity and making business contacts by meeting people, wine producers and professionals. This fair is spread over an area of 95,000 m2, over 1 million square feet, divided into pavilions, each dedicated to a different Italian region like Tuscany, Lombardy, Sicily, Piedmont etc.

Here you can find thousands of producers (Marchesi Frescobaldi, Tenuta Biondi Santi, Mionetto, Gaja...), international trade buyers and wine fair-goers alike. The star of the show is certainly the wine in its multitude of facets: from strong Tuscan Red to refreshing Trentino Alto Adige white wine, from the amazing Prosecco to the Sicilian sweet wine... but also beer, olive oils and food products.

There is also one very important thing to remember: entrance is not allowed for persons under 18 years of age.

Vinitaly Events

During these 4 days of the Italian wine fair, the city of Verona wakes up and fills with people. To ensure that the trade meetings continue even outside the fair, one of the positive characteristics of Vinitaly is the number of events that are organised: conferences, guided tastings, walk-around tastings and gala dinners.
