Anti-default information to avoid defaulting tenants
We recommend that you attach this information to the rental contract to protect the landlord from potential tenants in arrears.
How does this information protect you?
The privacy policy informs the tenant how you will treat their personal data during the contractual relationship and that you will be able to carry out checks on them and report their data to the BDMI defaulting tenant register in the event of non-payment of rent. This guarantees the tenant's protection in the rental contract.
If a candidate decides not to sign the contract because it includes this information, you will have to evaluate whether or not you still want to rent it to them or not.
If they don't pay and you add them to our database, the tenant will find it more difficult to find a rental, as the agencies that work with us will know that they are in arrears.
