How does this consultation work?

1. Enter the details and a copy of the authorisation (.doc) signed by the potential tenant.

   We need the name, surname, tax code and address of the person you want to consult. If it is a legal entity, you must provide us with the company name and tax code. In addition, as the person requesting the service, we need a copy of your valid identity document.

   If you want to consult more than one person, you must send an authorisation for each person.

2. We also consult other databases to check the overall reliability of the tenant. We check for the existence of:
   1. Real estate arrears
   2. Procedure concorsuali
