How to include a tenant in the list of defaulters

Are you renting out a property and are not being paid?

If your tenant has not paid rent for one or more months, you can include them in our defaulting tenant records.

First of all we recommend that you try to clarify the situation and come to an agreement. If none of this has any effect, then you can include him or her in the defaulting tenant records (BDMI) by following the steps below.

What is required to add a defaulting tenant to the BDMI database?

  1. Copy of the formal notice letter to the defaulting tenant requiring payment

  2. Receipt of delivery of the notice letter

    If you dont know how to do it, {0}

  3. Valid identity document of the owner of the property

  4. Copy of the rental contract signed by both parties

If you are a real estate agent or agency, remember that you must also send us a copy of the document authorising you to act in the name and on behalf of the landlord or owner of the property.
