A new student residence in the heart of Rome opens its doors: Camplus San Pietro is ready to welcome students from across Italy and the world. Let's have a look around Rome's newest student accommodation.

With its 118 rooms divided between single and double rooms, Camplus San Pietro can accommodate 180 students. The residence, managed by the Ceur Foundation, joins a number of colleges that already host thousands of students throughout Italy.

In particular, there are over 400 students housed in the three colleges of merit in Bologna: Camplus Alma Mater, Camplus San Felice, Camplus Bononia; the same is true in Milan, where there are now three top-ranked colleges (Camplus Lambrate, Camplus Turro and Camplus Città studi) providing 400 beds for university students.

In Turin, Fondazione Ceur has been hosting 150 students in the Camplus Bernini residence since 2007. Finally, the capital hosts 120 students in Camplus Roma Pietralata and from today another 180 in Camplus San Pietro.

Rome's newest student housing solution has its own restaurant, gym, bar and shared lounge. There is also a spacious garden area, and the residence is close to several famous sights in Rome, perfect for getting to know the city: it's less than 1km from the Vatican and only a 10-minute walk from St. Peter's Square. All rooms include a built-in wardrobe, while some have a kitchenette with a microwave. All rooms have air conditioning and a desk.
