A "Build-to-rent" residential project is taking shape in the heart of Milan for a modern property complex in Via Stilicone, between the Cenisio, Monumentale and Garibaldi underground stations. The agreement, which marks G Rent's entry into the build-to-rent business in Italy, concerns the management of 14 real estate units, designed with an "American" concept that provides inside the building a large gym, an indoor and an outdoor coworking area in a large covered terrace of between 20 and 80 square metres and that has over 40 workstations, a laundry area, a security service with cameras on all floors, a garage of around 500 square metres, a relaxation area and a sauna.
When it comes to the price of these Milan apartments, they will be available from 1,800 euros per month (with all services included) and up to a maximum of 2,400 euros. The apartments are mainly aimed at professionals, businessmen and women who are in Milan for a short to medium period of time. The design-style furnishings are made in collaboration with Brera Contract.
"What we are announcing is a fundamental operation for our development project," states Emiliano Di Bartolo, CEO of G Rent, "since, through the 'Build to rent' business line, we are going to implement the "Corporate Houses" offer, aimed at investors and developers for the management in full outsourcing of packages of real estate units destined for short, medium and long-term rent for clients who travel for business reasons. Buildings such as the one in Milan, in fact, are part of the project to find high-end properties with which we wish to establish ourselves in the hospitality market dedicated to business travellers, providing business travellers with a series of high standing services for a comfortable experience".
