The reconversion of the iconic Eurosky skyscraper in Rome has been completed, transformed into a residential building. 165 residential units, a total of 12,600 m2. have been marketed by Gabetti Home Value on behalf of the owner, the U-Turn Fund managed by Silver Fir Capital SGR.

Eurosky, designed by architect Franco Purini and Laura Thermes, is the tallest residential building in the capital, as well as being one of the tallest residential towers in Italy with 28 storeys, equivalent to 300 residential units, developed over 120 metres in height.

It is a truly unique living experience. Eurosky features several amenities, including a panoramic gym on the 22nd floor, a spa with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, relaxation area, lounge area, 24-hour concierge, cinema room and a roof garden. The building is one of the first sustainable properties in the capital, certified as energy class A, has a photovoltaic and rainwater harvesting system, and zero emissions thanks to the trigeneration service serving the entire neighbourhood.

"We are proud to have successfully completed this important mandate in a city that is crucial for us. Rome remains a dynamic reality thanks to its strategic location and the projects underway, or to be started in the coming years, which will create the conditions for possible investments in the real estate sector. The Capital is in constant evolution and new projects will make it increasingly international," said Enrico Cestari, Director of Gabetti Home Value.
