According to analysis conducted by idealista, Italy's leading real estate portal, there was a 3% increase in the number of homes for sale in the most recent quarter compared to the same period last year.

The expansionary phase of the Italian economy may have come to an end, in line with the slowdown of the global one. So says Prometeia's growth forecast report, which sees Italy's GDP in 2023 at +0.7%, the Eurozone's at +0.6% and the global GDP at +2.8%. But a possible recovery is looming from 2024.
